3. Consulting Services
Our consulting services are customized and delivered based on individual client agreements. Refund eligibility depends on the specific terms outlined in your service agreement.
4. Refund Eligibility
4.1 Initial Consultation
If you are not satisfied with your initial consultation, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the consultation date.
4.2 Ongoing Services
For ongoing consulting engagements:
- Services not yet delivered may be eligible for refund
- Completed work is non-refundable
- Partial refunds may be provided for work in progress, calculated on a pro-rata basis
4.3 Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:

- Less than 24 hours: No refund

If we need to cancel or reschedule services, you will receive full refund or alternative scheduling at no additional cost.

- If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days
